This Law Enforcement Request Policy explains how ALIA-G (“we”, “us”, “our”) responds to requests from law enforcement agencies (“LEAs”) for user information, data preservation, or account-related actions.

ALIA-G is committed to protecting user privacy while complying with applicable laws.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy ensures:

Transparency about how ALIA-G handles LEA requests

Compliance with legal obligations

Protection of user rights and privacy

Consistent handling of lawful requests across jurisdictions

ALIA-G does not voluntarily share user data without a valid legal basis.

2. Types of Requests We Accept

ALIA-G may respond to the following legally valid requests:

A. Court Orders & Warrants

Search warrants

Production orders

Seizure orders

B. Subpoenas

Requests for basic subscriber information

Requests for business records

C. Emergency Disclosure Requests

When there is a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent:

Imminent harm

Serious injury

Death

Child exploitation

D. Data Preservation Requests

ALIA-G may preserve account data for a limited time pending receipt of a formal legal request.

3. Jurisdiction Requirements

ALIA-G requires that:

Requests originate from a competent legal authority

Requests comply with applicable laws in the requesting jurisdiction

International requests follow proper channels (e.g., MLAT treaties)

ALIA-G may reject requests that do not meet legal standards.

4. Information We May Disclose

Depending on the legal request, ALIA-G may disclose:

A. Basic Subscriber Information

Name

Email

Phone number

Account creation date

B. Usage Information

Login history

IP addresses

Device identifiers

C. User-Generated Content

Messages (if legally compelled)

Marketplace listings

Profile information

Photos or media

D. Safety & Enforcement Records

Reports

Moderation actions

Violation history

ALIA-G does not store payment card numbers or CVV codes.

5. Information We Do NOT Provide

ALIA-G will not disclose:

Data we do not collect

Deleted data beyond retention limits

Encryption keys (if applicable)

Information protected by legal privilege

Data requested without proper legal authority

ALIA-G does not provide real-time surveillance unless legally required.

6. User Notification

ALIA-G may notify users when their data is requested unless:

The request prohibits notification

Notification would create a safety risk

Notification would interfere with an investigation

The user is suspected of serious criminal activity

ALIA-G evaluates notification on a case-by-case basis.

7. Emergency Requests

ALIA-G may disclose limited information without a court order when:

There is an imminent threat to life or safety

The request is submitted by a verified LEA

The request includes sufficient detail to assess the emergency

ALIA-G reserves the right to deny emergency requests that lack adequate justification.

8. Data Preservation

Upon receiving a valid preservation request:

ALIA-G will preserve relevant account data for up to 90 days

Extensions may be granted with proper legal documentation

Preserved data will not be disclosed without a valid legal order

9. How Law Enforcement Can Submit Requests

ALIA-G accepts requests submitted:

Through official LEA email domains

Via secure government portals (where applicable)

By physical mail from verified agencies

Requests must include:

Agency name and contact details

Legal authority for the request

Specific data requested

Relevant account identifiers

Applicable case number

ALIA-G may request additional information to verify authenticity.

10. Cross-Border Requests

For international requests:

ALIA-G requires compliance with Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs)

Direct requests from foreign agencies may be rejected

Emergency exceptions may apply

11. Costs & Reimbursement

ALIA-G may charge administrative fees for:

Data production

Record retrieval

Expert testimony

Complex or time-intensive requests

Fees comply with applicable laws.

12. Retention Limits

ALIA-G can only provide data that:

Exists at the time of the request

Has not been deleted

Is still within ALIA-G’s retention period

ALIA-G does not reconstruct deleted data.

13. Abusive or Invalid Requests

ALIA-G may reject requests that are:

Overly broad

Unsupported by legal authority

Missing required documentation

In conflict with user rights or privacy laws

ALIA-G may request clarification or narrowing of scope.

14. Policy Updates

ALIA-G may update this Law Enforcement Request Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated policy.
