These Advertiser Terms (“Terms”) apply to all users who list and offer goods or services (“Advertisers”) on the ALIA-G app (“Platform”). By listing an item, you agree to these Terms in addition to ALIA-G’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility to Advertise
To Advertise on ALIA-G, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Hold a valid ALIA-G account
Provide accurate identity and contact information
Comply with all applicable laws in your region
ALIA-G may require additional verification for certain categories.
2. Advertiser Responsibilities
As an Advertiser, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful item descriptions
Upload real photos of the actual item (where applicable)
Disclose defects, damage, or missing components
Honour agreed prices and delivery arrangements
Communicate promptly with Responders
Complete transactions in a timely manner
You are solely responsible for your listings and conduct.
3. Prohibited Items
Advertisers may not list or offer:
Illegal goods and services
Weapons, explosives, or ammunition
Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
Stolen or counterfeit items
Adult services or explicit content
Alcohol or tobacco
Animals
Hazardous or recalled products
ALIA-G may remove prohibited listings without notice.
4. Listing Requirements
All listings must include:
Clear title
Accurate description
Real photos (where applicable)
Price in AUD (or local currency)
Details of how to apply or respond to an advertised listing
Misleading or deceptive listings are strictly prohibited.
5. Pricing & Payments
Advertisers are responsible for setting their own prices and payment arrangement for the advertised partnership activity. ALIA-G allows its users to advertise a partnership activity through its platform. ALIA-G does not facilitate payment transactions between advertisers and responders. You agree that:
Prices (if advertised on the listing) must be clear
Hidden fees are not allowed
ALIA-G may charge Advertising fees, commissions, or promotional fees
Fees will be disclosed before you publish a listing.
6. Transactions & Fulfilment
Advertisers must:
Agree with the selected responder(s) on the terms and conditions of the delivery of the advertised partnership activity. This may involve signing a separate agreement among partners involved in the delivery of that partnership activity.
Agree that ALIA-G will not involve in any transaction between the parties other than facilitating listing advertisers and its responders to identify a good partnership match through its peer-to-peer chat facility on its platform.
Agree that ALIA-G will not be responsible for any payment transactions and delivery arrangements agreed between the advertiser and the responder.
Meet advertisement responders at agreed locations
Provide further details of advertised partnership activity, if requested.
ALIA-G is not a party to transactions and does not guarantee payment or delivery.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Advertisers must comply with:
Local consumer protection laws
Refund obligations where legally required
Honest dispute resolution
ALIA-G may assist in disputes but is not obligated to mediate.
8. Advertiser Conduct
Advertisers must not:
Harass or pressure their advertisement responders
Manipulate reviews or ratings
Engage in fraudulent behaviour
Promote external marketplaces or businesses without permission
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.
9. Fees & Promotions
ALIA-G may offer:
Listing boosts
Featured placements
Subscription tiers
Promotional tools
Fees for these services are non-refundable unless required by law.
10. Taxes
Advertisers are responsible for:
Reporting income
Paying applicable taxes
Complying with GST or VAT requirements
ALIA-G does not provide tax advice.
11. Disputes Between Users
Disputes between Advertisers and responders must be resolved between the parties. ALIA-G may intervene at its discretion but is not required or obligated to mediate.
12. Account Suspension or Removal
ALIA-G may suspend or terminate Advertisers’ user accounts for:
Violating these Terms
Fraudulent or unsafe behaviour
Repeated responders complaints
Listing prohibited items and or services
Legal or safety concerns
ALIA-G may remove listings without notice.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALIA-G is not liable for:
Losses arising from transactions
Fraud or misconduct by other users
Delivery issues
Damaged or defective goods
Financial loss or disputes
Your use of the ALIA-G platform is at your own risk.
14. Changes to Advertiser Terms
ALIA-G may update these Advertiser Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
