2. About ALIA-G
ALIA-G is a dual-purpose social platform that provides:
A matchmaking service for professional and personal connections
A peer-to-peer marketplace for advertising partnership activities (including goods and services) and responding to those activities showing interest in establishing partnerships.
ALIA-G does not guarantee matches, transactions, or outcomes.
3. User Accounts & Verification
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain only one account
Keep your login details secure
Not impersonate any person or entity
ALIA-G may require identity or email verification to maintain platform safety.
4. User Conduct
You must not:
Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
Post illegal, misleading, or harmful content
Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive behaviour
Upload viruses, bots, or malicious code
Use the Platform for commercial advertising without permission
ALIA-G may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Matchmaking Features
You acknowledge that:
ALIA-G provides tools to connect users but does not guarantee compatibility
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
ALIA-G does not conduct criminal background checks
You should exercise caution when meeting people in person
ALIA-G is not liable for user behaviour on or off the Platform.
6. Marketplace Features
The marketplace is a peer-to-peer environment. You agree that:
ALIA-G is not a party to transactions
Advertisers and Responders are responsible for verifying goods and services, prices, and conditions
ALIA-G does not guarantee product and service quality, delivery, or payment
Disputes between users must be resolved between the parties
ALIA-G may intervene at its discretion but is not obligated to.
7. Prohibited Items
You must not list or sell:
Illegal goods and services
Weapons
Drugs or controlled substances
Stolen property
Adult services
Counterfeit items
Dangerous or restricted goods
ALIA-G may remove listings that violate these rules.
8. Content Ownership & Licensing
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant ALIA-G a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
Display
Reproduce
Modify (for formatting)
Distribute
Promote the Platform
You must not post content you do not have rights to.
9. Privacy
Your use of ALIA-G is also governed by our Privacy Policy. ALIA-G collects and processes data to operate the Platform, improve features, and maintain safety.
10. Payments & Fees
ALIA-G may charge fees for:
Premium features
Boosts
Marketplace promotions
Subscription tiers
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
11. Safety & Reporting
Users may report:
Suspicious behaviour
Fraud
Abuse
Safety concerns
ALIA-G may take action including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
12. Termination
ALIA-G may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violations of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Harmful behaviour

Users may delete their account at any time.

ALIA-G is provided “as is” without warranties. ALIA-G does not guarantee:

Marketplace outcomes
Continuous availability
Accuracy of user content
You use the Platform at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALIA-G is not liable for:
User interactions
Marketplace transactions
Loss of data
Personal injury
Financial loss
Third-party conduct
Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless otherwise required by local law.
